Good machine for the volume of juice that we need to make on a regular basis. Juices fruits and veggies much better than greens though. To get the amount of juice out of kale or spinach that we would like to get, we have to pass the pulp back through the machine more than once. Not too noisy, easy to clean and easy to use, however.

This is not a quality machine, it was repaired 6 months into using (6 to 10 juices a day) and now after about a year of owning the machine it has stop working all together.

Purchased the Robot Coupe J80 Ultra Juicer based on promises of powerful, quiet and maintenance free operation. After plugging it in for testing at our juice bar, the staff was scared of using it. It was very loud and vibrated heavily. The staff was convinced to try to make one juice and when compared to the Breville (non commercial) that we are using, the amount of juice produced was less than 1/2. We quickly cleaned and packed up the product in its orginal packing because of its defects, noise level and vibration levels and contacted WEBrestaurant for return instructions and credit. They refused return/credit since apparently their policy is no returns it you plug in the machine.

I have bought two of these. The first one lasted about 4 years before motor went out. The second one lasted about the same but I learned my lesson and bought the insurance plan. After one year of using the first one, the basket handle broke and had to order new one. Insurance covered the second handle broke basket the second time. SO DEFINITELY GET THE INSURANCE. Now again since the motor was gone on this second one, the insurance is providing me with a credit of the cost..... so, with that said, it is still my fav juicer but get the insurance plan for the 5 years, because if you juice a lot, then remember it may not last past the four year mark.

I recently ordered this juicer and found it to be perfect for my needs. This product performs at high quality. After reading other reviews, I was concerned about the noise. The noise was nothing more than other non-commercial grade juicers. I will purchasing more than just this one. Each store will have 2 or 3 of these juicers.
This juicer looks nice on the counter top and isn't too big. The juicer is powerful and very easy to take apart to clean. I think it will last a while
