Boasting an all metal motor base for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, shred, dice, and julienne, as well as create waffle, ripple, brunoise, and french fry cuts with one of the additional processing discs (sold separately). This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
This unit comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

This sturdy machine features a 6 7/8" diameter metal pusher feed head, 2 5/16" diameter metal feed tube, and a stainless steel stand that makes it easy to process large amounts of product, including full heads of lettuce or cabbage. Its 2 1/2 hp motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection, and two casters are included to facilitate movement when needed.
The CL55E is compatible with an incredible range of 52 discs (sold separately).
Plus, the attachments on this unit quickly disassemble for simple cleaning.

Save so much time. Been using it everyday. I mean over used it, but it does what it was designed for. Lost that little pig tail like part that goes in the middle and so expensive to get a new replacement, but there are alternative way of doing things so bought a cheaper one
