This Robot Coupe CL55 sturdy workstation features casters for mobility and three adjustable heights for optimal transporting of ingredients. The machine's 2 1/2 hp motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

The kit even includes potato ricing equipment to help you make the smoothest mashed potatoes and other potato-based dishes!

It comes with an automatic feed head attachment specifically designed for large vegetables like onions and potatoes.
