First time customer … Five stars !!! I Ordered and Received 2ea. - 18 x 36 and 1ea. - 24 x 48 secure cage carts with casters. Price w/s&h (freight line)- Five stars !!! Carts far above my expectations, both in quality and usability. I could not have asked for any better. They are higher quality than all the others I researched both locally and online. Assembly, on a scale of 1/10, difficulty for DIY is an 8 and also recommend it be a two-man job. I assembled them alone and managed to get them done from start to finish (all3) in one day. Highly recommend this company for both their products and their service. I am a New Forever Customer. Thank You So Much !!!!

Extremely disappointed. The individual pieces for this item were shipped in 4 separate boxes just tossed in with other items from my order. There were no assembly instructions provided with the item. The instructions downloaded from webstaurant on the product page are not very thorough and also inaccurate. If you leave 52.5" between the top of the top shelf and the top of the bottom shelf as instructed the panels can't be connected as there is about 5" of overhang. In addition, the item itself is made extremely poorly and the pieces do not line up. I even double checked with them unattached to the shelving unit thinking it may have been an issue with how that was assembled, but the side panels and door cannot be connected to each other regardless as the hinges do not line up. I ordered this product to use as a household item and it fits well in my space. There were some malfunctions on certain parts of the cage. For example, the metal pieces on the bottom of the side panels did not extend out far enough, making the sides unable to slip onto one another. Thus, I just had to allow them to hang on the top, while they are not fully secured on the bottom. The items were also shipped to the wrong address. Luckily, a kind person in a separate building was able to locate and inform me. I essentially had to drag each box across the street because they were very heavy, causing some parts to be scraped up. I would also have appreciated a printed instruction book. Overall a wonderful piece, but a strenuous and difficult process to obtain and assemble.
