We are using these on our, 35lb floor fryer, 2 Burner Cooktop, and our 24inch griddle. Lets just say combined with 3 foot hose assembly you purchase to accompany with these, maintence is a snap. No need for wrenches or reapplying the teflon tape to the union threads just simply pull back the collar and disengage it's that simple, to reinstall just do the reverse and viola the equipment is ready for use again.
