Great to have dunnage on wheels: incoming perishables can get stacked quickly to get the delivery off the dock, then wheeled straight into the walk-in, but put away as time allows. I just wish the "kit" came in an option with no locks on the wheels instead of having to 'build' a no-lock the kit from parts. (We don't need them to lock and they waste space: we had gotten a 36" rack to "live" under a 42" shelf unit, but with locking wheels, it won't roll under unless all wheels are completely straight in one direction, so we had to replace it with a 24")
