Regency 12" x 24" x 92" NSF Black Epoxy Mobile Wire Shelving Starter Kit with 5 Shelves

I ordered two of these kits. Literally all of the shelves from both kits had a problem: most arrived scuffed or bent, and those that didn't had manufacturing issues. Commonly, the center axes of the corner collars for each shelf were not parallel, which resulted in warping of the posts or twisting of the shelves in relation to one another. I was able to get a refund from WebstaurantStore — no issues there. However, I am very disappointed in the general quality of the product.

Works great for smaller miscellaneous storage. Since it is quite tall and narrow, it is not the most sturdy rack but as long as you don't put anything very heavy on it, it works well

Easy to assemble, easy to adjust/change heights.

Great black shelf, it gives less of a kitchen vibe since it’s for storage. This holds a bunch of brewing gear which is heavy and has been holding up great. The four shelves works great and a ton of adjustability with the longer poles.

Shelves arrived quickly and appear to be heavy duty. Plenty for what I need them for anyway. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I only received enough of the plastic sleeves that hold the shelves up.

The casters are heavy duty and withstand a lot of weight while maintaining smooth maneuver. The kit doesn't really require a lot of assembly, it's pretty straight forward. The posts are thick and don't see them failing from tear and wear.
