It's also great for molding and enrobing or even for use as an ice cream variegate. For added benefit, the wafers are GMO-free and do not contain any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

Easy to Use

Thanks to their petite, round shape, these white coating wafers are easier to melt than baking bars and save the hassle of tempering. To ensure a hard, glossy coating on your dipped or coated items, melt the wafers over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until the product is smooth and melted. The ideal working temperature is 100 - 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the final product is made, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.
