These chocolate wafers are designed to work with a compatible Wilton Chocolate Pro fountain (sold separately). They are formulated with additional oil to ensure the melted chocolate flows easily through the fountain. No additional oils are needed to melt the chocolate.
This chocolate is designed specifically for use in chocolate fountains and fondue. Since it easily melts, it's not ideal for use in candy molds. Melt the chocolate in the bag or right in your fountain. Melting in the bag is a great way to minimize messes and make cleaning up easier.
