Regal Fine Sea Salt - 16 oz. - 12/Case

Everything appeared fine but I did a test by dissolving 200 grams in water as we make sauces and not having used this product before, I needed to be sure everything was good. Unfortunately some sand was visible in the bottom of the stirring container. I filtered it out and examined it microscopically and it was definitely quartz sand. Customer service was very helpful and respsonded quickly to help the situation. This was the first time I ever had a bad regalc product.

I used this in the Fleurtanique Herbal Cooking Salt. Everyone loves it! Great flavor. Looks lovely in the jars. I know will order again soon.

This salt arrived quickly and in good condition. The grind is fine as advertised; the salt grains are loose and are not clumped in the container.

The taste of this is just off, and it tends to clump. Not a fan of the quality.

Great! used in our bakery

This is a great option if you need a lot of salt for baking. We use this for our salted caramel cake donuts. We also use it as a topping on the donuts themselves pictured below. It provides the flavor that we need to make the best doughnuts we can.

While it's bulk salt, there's an issue with packaging. Anytime we order bulk salt, the entire package becomes "a-salt-ed" and 1/4 of the enclosed amount is unusable
