Great Pasta, and holds up well even in the Instant Pot. I love the 20 lb bags, since I can just pour it in the large storage containers I purchased from Webstaurant and scoop out what I need. pasta arrived in two 20# bags in a box marked product of A.R.E. which is a product of the united Arab emerites. not a big deal but the two bags were both ripped open in shipping and the box was ripped open so pasta everywhere. It was apparently beat up pretty bad during transport. thankfully it was inside another box. pasta was dry but loose in the box so it needed repackaging.

We found this pasta to be so so. At half the cost of our traditional vendor, it was something that we could not try passing. We were a bit saddened by the quality. A great product and a good price to match it is a hit when I use it for out chicken alfreado dish there very little left on our buffet line at the end of they meal. It also holds up well without getting gummy which is great knowing it will be as good for the last person as the first.
