With 7 1/2 hp, 212 pound torque power, and a gear-driven body, this robust meat grinder can grind up to 3,900 pounds of meat per hour. It is made with a stainless steel construction for extra durability and longevity in your kitchen and is suitable for high volume commercial applications. It features a pneumatic piston and electromagnetic interlock sensors on the lid to promote safe operation in your workplace. It is also pedal operated for easy one-person operation.
This unit includes an auger, knife, stainless steel tray, plastic meat pusher, and 3/16" grinder plate, giving you everything you need to begin preparing a diverse assortment of boneless meats. 4 caster wheels allow for effortless transportation of the meat grinder around the kitchen. This machine is simple to disassemble, making cleaning a breeze. This unit requires a 220V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
