Saber King by Prince Castle 981-000-50B Details

As part of the Saber King Mini fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 981-000-50B dicer blade assembly allows you to create consistently accurate and smooth slices. Each diced piece is 1/4", which is the perfect size for adding produce to soups, stews, salads, and other delicious dishes.

When the dicer blade assembly is attached to the Saber King Mini chassis (sold separately), the blades are placed within the platform and are easily locked and secured in place. An entire vegetable or piece of fruit is diced with a single press on the unit's handle, expediting your food prep process with optimal efficiency.

Because safety is paramount, the Saber King Mini features special blade covers that ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. This assembly set can be used to cut onions, potatoes, and a variety of other produce.
