As part of the Saber King Mini fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 981-000-50A dicer blade and pusher head assembly allows you to create consistently accurate and smooth slices. Each diced piece is 1/4", which is the perfect size for adding produce to soups, stews, salads, and other delicious dishes.

This assembly set includes a dicer blade assembly and the complementary pusher head. When attached to the Saber King Mini chassis (sold separately), the blades are placed within the platform and are easily locked and secured in place. The pusher head is just as easily inserted above the blades and attached to the top half of the unit where, when the unit is in use, the head pushes the produce into the blades for easy dicing. This makes cutting fast, easy, and efficient.

Because safety is paramount, the Saber King Mini features special blade covers that ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. This assembly set can be used to cut onions, potatoes, and a variety of other produce.
