As part of the Saber King Mini fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 981-000-12A tomato slicer blade and pusher head assembly allows you to create consistently accurate and smooth slices. Each slice is 1/4", which is the perfect width for tomatoes to top salads, sandwiches, and other delicious dishes.

This assembly set includes a tomato slicer blade assembly and the complementary pusher head. When attached to the Saber King Mini chassis (sold separately), the blades are placed within the platform and are easily locked and secured in place. The pusher head is just as easily inserted above the blades and attached to the top half of the unit where, when the unit is in use, the head pushes the tomatoes into the blades for easy slicing. The sharp blades produce consistent and clean cuts each and every time.

Because safety is paramount, the Saber King features special blade covers that ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. This assembly set is recommended for use with tomatoes, as other food products may damage the blade assembly.
