Saber King by Prince Castle 460C Details

Create delicious fried foods with this Prince Castle fry basket! This basket has a durable, high-quality metal construction with a nickel-plated finish to resist corrosion and wear. This rugged design withstands daily, heavy-duty commercial use and reduces replacement frequency and costs. The evenly spaced wire mesh allows for proper flow of fryer oil, resulting in better tasting fried foods and crispy, evenly cooked results every time. Plus, its ergonomic design simplifies handling and draining.

This basket works with Taylor RAM frozen food dispensers. Its long handle is reinforced, angled up, and dipped in heat-resistant plastisol for a secure grip that is cool to the touch. It improves safety by keeping user's hands away from the hot oil, and it is color-coded red to prevent cross-contamination. A hook on the front of this basket allows you to hang it to dry and drain grease from foods. This hook is standard and can be used with a variety of fryers. Fry up crispy fries, mozzarella sticks, and other favorites with this convenient fry basket!
