Premium Spring Patent Flour - 50 lb. is a great flour and is the only bread flour we use for our breads. Flavor is great and provides a nice crumb and texture to the bread.
I tried this flour in place of an favorite that no longer is being produced, I found that not only was the baked goods fine with this flour but my bread seemed lighter and better. I have a new favorite!
Premium wheat flour is an absolute must have in all restaurants. You will go through it really quickly so I recommend that you buy this in big quantities.
