Ensure that you and your employees are always safe while opening packages with this red plastic magnetic food pouch cutter / squeezer. Designed with comfort and safety in mind, this cutter is housed in a plastic casing and features a sharp blade that is perfect for opening up bags of sauces and other food pouches. Thanks to the recessed blade, this cutter reduces the chance of staff accidentally cutting themselves. It also features an integrated bag squeezer, allowing you to reduce food waste by extracting all product from the bag!
To use, simply slice open the food pouch with the blade and then slide the bag between the prongs. As you slide the Pouchmate down the bag the prongs will help push the contents towards the opening. This allows your staff to completely empty food pouches, thus reducing food waste and saving you money. Its bright red color helps it stand out among boxes of food pouches and other kitchen supplies so it's less likely to get lost, as well. Additionally, there is a lanyard hole in the end of the handle for hanging this cutter up or for attaching it to a lanyard so it doesn't go missing or fall into food processing equipment. A convenient magnet likewise simplifies storage, ensuring that it's always easy to retrieve.

This plastic bag food cutter works great on all bags. I use a vacuum sealed alot and this helps to easily open all the bags. Highly recommend.
The blade is fixed in plastic, so the cutter is safe. Very sharp blade. It is so much easier having this handy tool compared to using a knife! This a great tool to have laying around!
These plastic bag cutters are essential to any fast passed restaurant that warms food up in bags. I have personally needed stitches from using a knife to open hot soup bags and would only recommend using a safety cutter like this
We have been using these guys for awhile - makes it easy to open a bag and get everything out of it. Cheap and safe to use
Wow, these are great in theory. However, the little blade inside becomes dull quickly after regular use, and the handle overall is quite flimsy. We switched to safety scissors.
The Pouchmate food pouch cutter comes with a razor sharp blade. The blade is secured in plastic so the cutter is very safe. Often times I come across juice pouches without straws so this works perfect for opening them.
Very sharp blade!! This tool makes it much easier to cut large and medium bags open quickly and SAFELY! It can hand almost anywhere thanks to its tiny center gap.
Great cutter for the price. They work great for opening a variety of bags/pouches from plastic to paper to even soft cardboard. We use these in all areas of our application.
The Pouchmate Red Plastic Food Pouch Cutter is good for cutting open plastic food pouches and can also be used to store said pouches. The design also minimizes any contact with the blade as the casing nearly covers it up completely.
The pouch tool is pretty good. The cutter is effective and the design keeps the blade away from fingers. The squeegee part is where it falls a bit flat. The idea is good, but the size of the squeegee is a bit too small for easy use, at least for he 8x12 vacuum pouches I use.
