To use, simply slice open the food pouch with the blade and then slide the bag between the prongs. As you slide the Pouchmate down the bag the prongs will help push the contents towards the opening. This allows your staff to completely empty food pouches, thus reducing food waste and saving you money. The pouch tool is pretty good. The cutter is effective and the design keeps the blade away from fingers. The squeegee part is where it falls a bit flat. The idea is good, but the size of the squeegee is a bit too small for easy use, at least for he 8x12 vacuum pouches I use.
