I've used this dispenser with fruit purees, malt syrup, fudge, peanut butter, batter and it works well with all of them. One of the better portion control dispensers I've used.

Dispenser system is easy to use and assemble. The material is sturdy and strong for it's purpose. Filling the bottle, per instructions, liquids leak out from the sides of the valve, making it challenging to fill. After dispensing, small amounts of liquids in the bottle continues to drip out due to pressure in the bottle. Dispenser is non adjustable.
