This 4" swivel caster set from Assure Parts is a perfect fit for select Pitco and Anets fryers. Casters are a great way to make your equipment mobile for easy cleaning and maintenance, so be sure to replace a broken one promptly, or consider switching to casters for a more efficient kitchen, if your equipment currently uses legs. Each caster in this set features a 4" diameter wheel and you can adjust it to raise the unit height by 9" to 10", which allows you to account for minor slopes in the floor and level your equipment. 2 casters include a brake to make it stationary when needed, and they install on compatible equipment by using a mounting plate.
