Create perfect pizzas with this Pegasus Melstone series pizza oven! This professional pizza oven features 2 decks and fits up to (4) 12" pizzas in each of its chambers. Its (2) 24" x 24" oven chambers each feature a 8" high refractory baking deck and a refractory baking bedplate to help distribute heat. This pizza oven offers a temperature range of up to 752 degrees Fahrenheit, and it includes independently controlled top and bottom heating outputs. It is easy to operate with thermostatic temperature controls, and it includes interior temperature indicators to monitor the oven's heat.

This unit is made with a heavy-duty stainless steel interior, exterior, and doors. It has a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame to allow for double stacking. It's fully insulated to maintain consistent interior temperatures even with cooler outer temperatures. This oven includes doors with tempered glass panes and a durable front cover mechanism to help retain the oven's high heat. Its interior lighting provides clear visibility. This unit has a rear electrical connection. It requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation, but it is field convertible to a 1-phase unit.
