How do I use this mold with chocolate?
For best results when using this mold with chocolate, place the mold on a tray of marble and place it in the blast chiller for at least 5 minutes. I do like the design but unfortunately once you temper and wait for cool time and try to remove the chocolate it cracks right out the mold and its not one piece. i do like the design but for some reason its not coming out as one piece from the mold. For that reason i would not recommend purchasing one. It didnt work for me.
