It holds 37.5 lb. of oil and cooks up to 12 items at once, allowing you to serve a large number of customers efficiently, while boldly marked minimum and maximum oil lines reduce cooking mistakes and help operators work quickly. A digital thermostat display and dial provide exact temperatures between 200 and 400 degrees fahrenheit, so you no longer have to worry about overcooking or undercooking food. Made of 20 gauge stainless steel, this fryer will withstand even the busiest rushes of customers. The front-mounted oil drain valve makes emptying and cleaning easy and includes a slide bit lock to prevent accidental drainage.
