Poorly designed product and machine. Why would you have the drain on the same side as the door? Why would it shoot ice throw all the cracks and why is the bottom have holes? This is not an ideal machine for a restaurant. We have to take apart the entire machine to flip the bottom around so it drains from the back. I do not recommend this product. Waste of money and not a good investment.

My Friend and her husband bought this for their party rentals business. The size is perfect enough for a large event . They usually cover 3 to 4 events on a week. Because is transparency he decorates the exterior to match the event., and for the price is a save on the buck.
