Received my Paragon 6133300 Snow Cone Machine very quickly with regular ground shipping. The machine arrived in perfect working condition, well packaged, ready to go. Poorly designed product and machine. Why would you have the drain on the same side as the door? Why would it shoot ice throw all the cracks and why is the bottom have holes? This is not an ideal machine for a restaurant. We have to take apart the entire machine to flip the bottom around so it drains from the back. I do not recommend this product. Waste of money and not a good investment.

This is a great, sturdy snow cone machine. Perfect for a small to medium sized operation. Heads up - you have to hold the button down to make it shave the ice... can't just let it run on its own.

Wow I'm highly impressed the small things like the bigger drain tube the removable bottom tray the fact that it's made in America I absolutely love the snowcone machine way better than the cheaper one and bought made by a different company

Broke after using it around 30-40 times. Returns are less than 30 days, so we are stuck with it. Product not made well.

Purchased this unit back in 2021 and had a larger case where shaved ice drops. The hinge assembly when you open the door is not secured and door comes off. The acrylic for the door is flimsy as well. This unit is far from the cost paid.

Ordered the Simply-A-Blast Son Cone machine after our old faithful (over 40 years) finally ground it's last ice. Delivery was quicker than originally thought. Design was vastly improved over our older model. The feature I like best is that you cannot leave the motor running. It has an automictic off switch. Ice is ground much faster and finer. Really a great purchase.

I THINK THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I GIVE 3 STARTS TO ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY WEBSTAURANT, I GOT THE MACHINE BUT IT WAS VRY BADDLY WRAPPED IT CAME WITH THE ACRYLIC DOOR BROKEN WHICH I GOT VERY FAST AFTER I CONTACTED THE NUMBER ON THE PAPERS INSDIE THE MACHINE BUT STILL HAVE'NT GOTTEN THE MISSING PART OR SCREW FOR THE MOTIR COVER WHICH FOR ME IS VERY IMPORTANT. WILL KEEP TRY TO REACH OUT HOPEFULLY THEY SEND IT ONE DAY

I love this snow cone machine. We used it at a birthday party and it shaved ice very quickly and finely. A definite hit with everyone!
My Friend and her husband bought this for their party rentals business. The size is perfect enough for a large event . They usually cover 3 to 4 events on a week. Because is transparency he decorates the exterior to match the event., and for the price is a save on the buck.
We use this machine for two uses. We use this in the winter as a raw bar presentation element. In the summer we will be selling unique snow cones to generate more revenue. We love using it so far!
The kids love this! We use it on our onsite school. Much cheaper than renting all of the time! Its work horse! High recommend this product! If your unsure on if you will use it enough... you will definitely use it more when you own it!
