Makes good popcorn but it took some inquiries to get the process down. It doesn't say in the instructions but ideally, use 1/3 cup coconut oil and 1 cup popcorn. Would be nice if item included these measuring cups so there is no confusion. Instead, it includes a measuring utensils for an unknown purpose. Design could use some improvement as well. The kettle is somewhat difficult to clean with the flaps in the way. Would be nice if the whole top was removable for better cleaning access. Same goes for the inside of the popper. Lots of nooks and crannies where oil, seasoning and bits of popcorn can accumulate.
