Super well made pan. Heats evenly and I love getting away from the aluminum Wearever pans though they have lasted decades through countless kitchen rushes! i expect this pan to last as long as those have and the steel cooking surface is a real plus.
A real kitchen workhorse. Searing, frying, oven safe--even omelettes, if you get the heat just right, lol. I prefer the new handle to the tri vent, which is a little too "edgy".
This is a very well built pan. It is super heavy duty and thanks to the purple handle sleeve it does not get uncomfortably hot.
