1 cup vanilla coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
1 peeled frozen banana
1 tsp. matcha powder
Agave nectar to taste
Optional: vegan cold foam or sweetened frothed coconut milk
In a blender, combine vanilla coconut milk and matcha powder, and blend until matcha is dispersed and no clumps remain. Add ice and banana, and blend until smooth. Add agave nectar to taste, blending to disperse sweetener. Pour into a glass and enjoy. This smoothie can be topped with a vegan cold foam or sweetened coconut milk.

We will not purchase this again. It's very pasty, chalky and tastes like a bowl of flavorless oatmeal. Going back to the other brand we use.
