    I bought this item as a turner for quesadillas and grilled cheese, but it is not the right tool for the job. It is a little too large and the part you slide underneath food is too flexible. I think this would work for warming tortillas, but it is a little too large for that job, I’m sure it has a greater purpose as it is a quality product, but I haven’t found another use for it yet.

    I wish I could give this spatula a higher rating, because the flexibility is excellent and it fits perfectly in my hand. But the spot-welding that attaches the handle to the flipper is weak, and I've never had one of these last me more than 18 months before one of the welds fails. I wish they'd just attach it with small screws or something.
