We love using these OXO Measuring Cups at our cafe! Anything stainless steel is a must for any cafe or restaurant! We find them hard to find at other restaurant suppliers, but glad Webstaurant has them! They are easy to clean, as well! They do get hot externally if used for hot liquids!
