Beer can chicken is a popular recipe item that creates tender, falling-off-the-bone chicken that is crispy on the outside. This roaster allows you to avoid the potential of aluminum, paint fumes, and toxins from the beer can getting into your food, while still providing the same delicious results! To prepare, simply pour your desired beer into the bottom compartment, place the top on, and then set the bird upright on the top. You can also flavor your poultry with wine, cider, or virtually any liquid you'd like to infuse your food with! The roaster is also great for roasting garlic, and it can fit 3 regular sized bulbs in its roasting compartment.

This roaster is made of durable cast iron that will retain and distribute heat evenly for even cooking, and won't chip or break like ceramic versions. Designed for optimal roasting results, the top stand features 4 holes for optimal airflow and infuses the bird with maximum flavor while allowing the fat to drip away. For added convenience, the top stand and bottom compartment come apart for easy cleaning. To clean, simply hand wash, dry immediately, and oil after drying to keep it lasting for years to come.
