This set comes with one small and one large grill tray that are ideal for cooking batches of sliced and diced vegetables, shrimp, scallops, and meat without worry of them falling through the grill grates. The perforated design drains excess juice, grease, or fat while allowing for the flames and smoke to infuse the food with the smoky, grill flavor your customers crave.

These grill trays are made of durable carbon steel for long-lasting use and feature a PTFE- and PFOA-free non-stick coating to prevent your food from sticking. Not only will this help minimize waste, but it will also help make cleanup a quick and easy task. They will withstand extreme temperatures from heat and flame and are easy to clean, making them an invaluable addition to your grillware. For added convenience, they each feature two helper handles for easy lifting and handling.
