Easily and efficiently cook mussels, clams, and other seafood dishes to perfection when using this Outset® 76495 2 quart cast iron mussel pot. This shell-shaped pot makes it easy to cook mussels right on the grill in a contained vessel for minimal mess and waste, and then can be placed right from the grill to table for a beautiful presentation. Its recessed lid creates a flat surface, allowing the lid to be flipped over to double as a container to place discarded shells for an enhanced dining experience. The pot also includes a strainer that makes it easy to lather the mussels in your signature broths.

This mussel pot is made of durable cast iron that will retain and distribute heat evenly for even cooking. The cast iron will keep your items hot long after you pull it from the grill, making it ideal for cook and serve use, which will increase the efficiency of your workflow and deliver a standout display. The pot can also be used in the oven; however, the lid is not oven-safe. For added convenience, it features two handles for easy lifting and handling.
