Boasting a 21" stainless steel blending shaft that allows you to blend, crush, chop, and puree foods with ease, this heavy-duty blender is a versatile tool that every commercial kitchen needs. Great for soups, sauces, batters, or mousses, this unit has a 1 1/4 hp motor for blending products at up to 18,000 RPM.
To provide the operator with full control, this blender features a variable speed mechanism that allows you to adjust the rate with which you're whipping or emulsifying your products. This unit also includes a lock button for convenient, hands-free operation. The blending shaft easily detaches from the base so you can wash it, making clean up at the end of a long night a quick and effortless task. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

I have bought 2 of these and they last 10-12 months. We don't use it excessively. We make salsa, vinaigrettes and puree eggs. Total bummer it doesn't last longer. Back to Robot Coupe MP 450 turbe

It worked well for about 2 weeks and then completely stopped working. Very disappointing. I expected much better durability and reliability from this immersion blender.

lasted 4 months and now wont turn on - this is our 3rd AvaMix and we've only been open 2 years. We thought buying the heavy duty would be better but guess not.

Breaks quickly. the lock and unlock arrow were opposite direction than instructed.

In it's 4th month, the blender is not operational. There's a loud noise, increased vibration, and burning smell when we used it. What happened to this product?! We would LOVE to give it another try, or better yet, have the old unit be repaired. Please reach out ASAP :~)

????? Powerful and Perfect for a Busy Kitchen! I’m very happy with this immersion blender! In my Mexican restaurant, we make a lot of our sauces and salsas from scratch, so having a powerful blender that can handle larger batches is extremely important. The AvaMix Heavy-Duty Immersion Blender has made prep so much easier and faster. It has plenty of power, blends smoothly, and the variable speed gives me great control depending on what I’m making. I also love being able to blend right in the container instead of transferring everything back and forth—less mess and fewer dishes! When you run a restaurant, anything that saves time in the kitchen is a winner. This has quickly become one of those pieces of equipment I’m glad I purchased. Powerful, convenient, and definitely restaurant-kitchen approved! ?????

Great value for the price. We use daily for making sauces and dressings. Very easy to attach and detach the blade assembly. Powerful enough to puree more than 5 gallons of tomatoes in just a couple minutes.

Great Immersion Blender, only issue I had with this model was after about 6 months of use, some of the ball bearings on the actual blade themself started falling out. Still works great to this day 2 years later.
