While we have normally had good luck with Vulcan Products in the past, this set of ovens has not been reliable for us. They were fine with few issues for about 4 years and in the past 3 years we've had repair costs from an authorized Vulcan service provider that have exceeded 60% of the price of a new set of ovens and they still have issues with most of the motors and electrical boards replaced. Maybe we just had a lemon but we feel these should have lasted longer than 7 years based on past experience. We're replacing this set with a comparable Blodgett set of ovens from Webstaurant with good reviews.

This Vulcan oven has been great throughout the six months we've had it. It was easy for two people to assemble and get upright after delivery. The fan makes sure that everything cooks evenly regardless of placement in the oven. Overall, we've had no issues with it whatsoever. I will note that the oven only has an analog timer, which is fine, but not quite as accurate as digital. Also, the LOW setting of the fan is pretty fast, so very delicate meringue-based items can only be baked on certain shelves in the oven. We have yet to even use the HIGH setting.

Since day one this product has presented us with issues. The lower oven has never worked and despite working with Vulcan service a total of 4 times they still have not solved the issue. We have been working with half a product for 3 months now with no end in sight. I would recommend you look elsewhere for convection ovens. It seems the Vulcan brand and price premium mean little at this point.

I bought this oven a few years ago after our old one quit. It's been a good oven, no problems & relatively easy to clean

Well, after reading the only 2 reviews, i had to speak up. This oven is great! The greatest benefit was it lowered our natural gas bill immensely over the Garland oven we used to have. It heats well and evenly. The only problem we have experienced is the oven timer quit working after a few months. It is a great addition to our busy full service restaurant.

Good oven, only problem is the hot spots. I tried moving the racks around and filling them at different levels, but it still has the hot spots.

Purchased 2/11/24, and its already broken. Of course broke on Friday night so had to wait for Webstaurant until today (Monday) and the repair company, since its under warranty, said 3-5 days. What do they expect us to do?

The motor set on these new models is not very reliable. The unit lasted about 13 months just past warranty date and then the motor gave out and we used this oven very little compared to our older vulcans. I suggest a different convection oven

Wish I had better news. Waited a solid month due to a backlog for this piece of equipment. Piece has been working for a month and now all of a sudden out of no where high temp sensor is creating an ignition problem. We are speaking of something that is brand new. Already started the warranty and repair work. Not what you expect from something brand new My honest suggestion buy a Blodgett. This thing is poorly made and over priced
