This Rubbermaid 1901999 Slim Jim Stainless Steel Black Accent Front Step-On Trash Can with Single Rigid Plastic Liner - 24 Gallon is pretty nice, it's not silent like it says, but it's pretty quiet when it closes, not much sound, very nicely built too. well worth the price.
