This Pitco® SE184-D 60 lb. Solstice electric floor fryer with digital controls is the perfect way to meet your restaurant's fried food demands with ease! The digital controls feature 2 countdown product timers with melt and boil out cycles for optimum control and easy programming. Providing faster recovery along with more accurate temperature and cooking time control, this Solstice fryer is the perfect way to ensure efficiency and consistency in your kitchen.
The Solstice fryer comes standard with a high temperature limit switch that ensures safety for you and your employees. Additional features include the mercury-free relays which are reliable and safe for the environment. Plus, this fryer has fixed elements that eliminate oil migration through pivot points and ensure that the hot elements stay in the tank where they belong.
This fryer includes a rack to catch crumbs and debris, making it both efficient and easy to clean. The full port 1 1/4" drain valve allows for fast draining and the unit comes with a drain extension and drain line clean out rod to make emptying and cleaning your new fryer even easier. Since the tank, front, sides, and door are made of stainless steel, keeping this fryer sparkling isn't a problem at all. In addition, it is front serviceable! This means all components, even the elements, can be accessed, serviced, or cleaned without the need to move the fryer away from the wall. This 17kW fryer comes with 2 twin baskets and a basket hanger that can be removed without tools. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.
