Quickly slice peppers, onions, chicken breasts, and a variety of other fruits and veggies with this revolutionary Nemco 57500-5 Easy Chopper III vegetable slicer! An update to the renowned Easy Chopper II, this model boasts a handful of subtle yet significant enhancements that make food prep even faster and easier than ever. The blade assembly and push block are color-coded in red to easily identify the 1/4" cut size so you don't have to worry about mismatching components when investing in other blades and blocks to slice or dice product in different sizes. A revolutionary gasket installs over top of the push block and can be easily removed for fast, simple, and thorough cleaning. The push block itself is made of nylon-based resin for excellent durability, reducing the risk of block shavings in food from accidental blade contact while cutting.
Simply load product onto the large 4 1/4" square cutting area and with a strong, quick thrust on the ergonomic handle, bring the push block down to force produce through the blades. The Easy Chopper's tall, sprawling base allows your product to fall right into a 2 qt. round pan, 6" deep 1/3 size food pan, or 6" deep 1/6 size food pan for maximum convenience. Made of cast aluminum, the Easy Chopper's frame is lightweight yet extremely durable and is supported by non-slip rubber feet for added stability.
