This Nemco 57424-7 1/2" slice assembly allows you to easily replace the worn or damaged component on your 57500-7 slicer, or can even be combined with a compatible push block (sold separately) to change the cut size on any other Easy Chopper III unit! The assembly is color-coded green corners so you don't have to worry about mismatching components, while the stainless steel blades stay incredibly sharp and taut for a clean, one-stroke cut every time.
