When we switched to 3/8" chopping, we needed to get this assembly. Must have if you're using the easy chopper!
I had went to a local Restaurant Supply store to purchase the Easy Chopper 3 and they had 1/4" in the Chopper itself and I bought a 3/8" dicing blade to go along with it. I got back to the shop and noticed it was a slicing blade and not a dicing blade. I had to return it to the store and they didn't have any dicing blades in stock in 3/8". I had left a note with them saying what item and model I needed and it was days before they responded to me saying they would order it. I had already purchased the correct parts from Webstaurant and they were delivered very fast. I will keep the one from Webstaurant since they didn't ignore me for days lol. The blade assembly fits my Easy Chopper 3 perfectly, and I'm very happy with their service. I will be purchasing more items from here in the future too.
