I thought we were getting a good product due to the Nemco brand but it didn't last long. I think the heat of the unit just burns out the wire after a while so I wish Nemco would make it better for longer lasting use

We use this on the table top to reduce the amount of product held in our steamer. It holds products to temp and heats up quickly. It holds 3 of the 1/3 pans or 6 of the 1/6 pans with adapter bars.

Within 8 months it developed a leak. Customer service was good and really easy to get a warranty replacement. I took care of the unit using vinegar to clean it every night of use.

Item did well for the first year & a half. Started getting iffy on holding temps. Finally burned out around the 2 year mark. Short life. Last one I had, different brand, lasted 6 years. But for an inexpensive item you can't expect much more.

We now have 3 food warmers. This brand stands up to the best of them. Heats food well and warms food fast. We will purchase again.
Arrived very quickly after ordering. Bought as a backup/addition to our kitchen. Works very well holding different sauces/soups hot. Great price. I would recommend this product.

Just used this for a popup event and plan to continue using it for a long while. The price is very competitive and the Warmer works well, no problems on our end. Heats up quickly, maintains temperatures, and is built of a nice sturdy frame. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality low-cost food warmer.

The warmer do a great job. I've had the same one for 5 years and bought 2more. They had 2 little dings in them and I called customer service and they were very easy to work elwith. They said I could send them back or they could give me a store credit. Thanks Joey
Very inexpensive but effective. It has functioned without a problem over the last year. Please remember that you are paying for what you get. The metal is not very thick and can be punctured very easily. I believe that is really the only difference between this model and some more expensive ones.
Works great!! I used my infared thermometer on it when I was trying to keep it warm and over heat the food and the thermometer read 140'F.
Great item. Was willing to pay a little extra for the item since it was made in the USA. I purchased two of them for my company picnic events. In one I will place two 4" deep 1/2 sized standard size stainless steel steam table/ hotel pans and in the other I will place one 1/3 sized pan and one 2/3 sized pan. All of these were purchased at Webstaurant and fit well. I purchased the full size polycarbonate roll top chafer cover for them and they fit perfectly. I will be using the bin to transport the warmer to my events.
I have ordered multiple items from webstaurant.com for my Coffee House. I sought out NSF approved items to be in compliance and without multiple searches, Webstaurant.com came through each time! Thanks for helping me be compliant and awesome service.

I used this unit right out of the box the day it was purchased for a private party we were hired to work. It worked great. It was just like using one of our carts easy to use, nothing to set-up, ready to go right out of the box. I am thinking about buying another one just to keep at the house for parties.
