This deep fryer is Very easy to use - works great - gets hot fast - mounted onto our bbq smoker grill trailer - we use every weekend

I received the fryer quickly (fast shipping)! I want to love this fryer but I can’t even get it together! There are no assembly instructions for the mobile stand and one blurry image for how to attach the propane assembly. A detailed instruction guide and/or video would’ve helped me a ton! Additionally, I don’t know how to attach the fryer to the mobile stand (no mention of it anywhere). The only place where it potentially could be attached isn’t a viable option because the back piece of the unit is bent, preventing it from being flush with the mobile stand. Is it supposed to be attached? Lastly, not as big of deal but the unit came out of the box with several paint chips and marks. I want to be able to give this thing 5 stars but there are just too many assembly issues and minor wear.

Great fryer! Heats extremely quickly and the 4 gallon capacity helps fly through the fry. This product did not come with a user manual or assembly manual, but the assembly was fairly simple. Be sure to use Teflon tape on the gauge but overall a solid fryer.

These are very difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. I bought 3 of these for a fish fry and couldn’t control how hot these got.

I got the fryer and the stand. There were instructions included in the box the stand was in but not the box the fryer box was in. They came at the same time so everything was just fine. Assembly was very easy until it was time to mount the fryer box on the stand. The four corners were bent in and about 2cm off so I beat one corner out with a hammer and it slid right on. Haven’t used it to cook yet but that’s the easy part. Couldn’t find a single assembly video so just had to figure it out. It feels built very well and can’t wait to fry up some amazing food!!

I bought your Backyard Pro BP4GEFS 4 Gallon Steel Liquid Propane Stationary Outdoor Deep Fryer - 90,000 BTU. some months ago . After several months of traveling for work, I finally had the time to assembly the fryer and I'm having the following issue. I turn on the propane tank valve, then I open the regulator and ignite the flame. When I try to increase the flame, the flame gets estinguished. Some other times I adjust the flame as high as possible without having the flame estinguished, but after some time the flame gets estinguished and if you're not watching it, the gas would remain on without a flame and I'm really concerned about this issue. On the other hand, if I leave the flame low to avoid it getting estinguished, it won't reach the desired temperature.

This is a great fryer, so far made french fries, onion rings and fish. I would have given it a 5 star but when the packages arrived one of the boxes looked like it had been ripped open and taped back together. The base of the stand was all bent up so I had to straighten it back out and the paint peeling off the whole bottom of the base. The fryer also had pieces that were all bent up that I had to straighten back out as well.

This is an awesome fryer. We have done mozz. sticks and onion rings so far. Great for the use we have for it. Would recommend highly!

FEDex put a beating on the fryer.

Like some others, mine came damaged in a couple of places. Not enough for me to worry with sending it back, but I shouldn't have to bend metal back in place on a new item. Also, it tells you to screw the thermometer in all the way tight but mine is almost all the way upside down when you do. I tried to loosen it so it was correct, but it leaks so I have to basically look upside down for the temp. Again, not worth the hassle of packing up and sending back to wait on another one.

This Is an Incredible Little Fryer that Packs a Big Punch !!! Easy to Transport So Very Versatile and User Friendly !!! Highly Recommend…

So the instructions are, well, what you would expect for something that is inexpensive and priced for value. The assembly is straight forward and although some hardware was missing, it was nothing I couldn't get at the local hardware store or by sifting through the junk drawer. Assembled in about 20 minutes and had 4 gallons of liquid shortening heating up in 30. Cooked off a batch of fries and discarded them to remove any residue or taste from the manufacturing process, so far the unit is performing as expected! Can't wait to try wings tomorrow night!

I was a bit disappointed that there are no assembly instructions included. The responses in the reviews state the assembly instructions are in the resources and downloads. They are not. All four legs had holes drilled in the wrong location. There is thread tape on the thermometer and not sure how that will hold up to the hot oil. They refer to a line for the oil that does not exist. I would suggest putting the baskets on the back holder and fill to just below the bottoms of the baskets. How hard would it be to put a useable manual for assembly? Reading the reviews you should be aware this is a very common complaint.

I am very disappointed they drilled the holes for the wing nuts in the wrong spot on all four legs. And there was no instructions on how to install anything, WWWHHHYYY.

WOW! what a great product! we are very happy with our purchase of backyard pro deep fryer.

I love the thickness of the product but unfortunately it came bent on several parts of the cooker. Also the materials included were in all over the box. I have not received the stand as of yet so unclear as to whether I will be able to connect the fryer to the stand it is severely bent Definitely not happy !

Received 2 manuals but no assembly instructions!!

The box that it was shipped in was pretty beat up. one of the legs was sticking out along with the two wire baskets exposed on one end. they were slightly scratched but two of the legs were bent. I straightened the legs but you can see where they were bent. I think the shipping box needs to be modified. the fryer is pretty heavy and with it bouncing around in a cardboard box, the box can't handle it. Just poor packing, I paid a lot of money it should show up in better shape. I do like the fryer, I currently have the larger model.
