Better put money into other brand than this one. it's the worst machine you can get. Only have 90 days of warranty for service. First the machine come leaking water. After 90 days the chemical pump stop working. Which they will not fix it without paying it.

Dishwasher did not work from the start. Company would not stand behind their product. Had to pay their service company $311 to fix it. Just not a good experience with this company.

We couldn't figure out why it is not sending sanitizer or dish liquid into the machine. We paid so many technicians to check this. No one was able to resolve it even after spending hours on it. We never got to use it. We wasted money on this. If there is a chance to take it back atleast for half the price we would be happy to return.

This is a great piece of equipment for a great price. It is great and does exactly what I need it to do in my small cafe.

The chemical pumps does not work after everything set up. can not find any information online.

Does a pretty good job. The only complaint that I have is that it appears the temperature gauge doesn't work properly. I've never seen the temp move. It just sits at 90 degrees. It really needs to have a booster. If you want high heat, you'll need to purchase another dishwasher, otherwise it is a chemical sanitizing washer. High heat helps the items to dry faster after washing as well.

Many of the bad reviews are likely left by people who do not know how to use the machine. From chemical pump issues to leaking to not operating correctly, easily fixed with minor adjustments when first setting the machine up. I install and service dish machines for a living and these are hands down the best low temp single rack machine available. Technically speaking they are designed to clean way better than the competitors. So whether you buy a Noble or the brand name Jackson Conservor, you will not be disatisfied if you have someone install it that knows what they are doing. I have purchased and continue to purchase these machines regularly from Webstaurant. Strong recommend.

This dishwasher is great quality and I have had no problems with it. The washer is small and compact, which is perfect since my kitchen is small. So far, this is the best dishwasher solely because of the many additions it comes with. My favorite is the tray on the side to collect waste from dishes, so it doesn't cause any clogging, as well as its "dump and fill feature" which replaces the used water with fresh water between washes. It is pricey, but because of the many features it has it is worth it in the long run.

Just received and hooked this little gem up this week. Does what the ad says it does. I cannot believe how fast it washed the dishes.

love this machine, This machine cleans up to 39 racks per hour, but only uses 1.02 gallons of water per rack. It features built-in chemical pumps and easy-access controls to make installation and operation quick and easy.

This dishwasher is one of the best I've ever used. I would definitely definitely buy it again. Washes the dishes so great. I'm excited to possibly buy a second one definitely recommend it.

I purchased this dishwasher to replace an ancient dishwasher for the local Lions Club. I chose this model primarily based on price. The kitchen is only used about once per month, so this was needed to meet code, and of course is very handy on those occasions when it is needed.
