Designed for busy kitchens, the Ecoline by Hobart EUH-1 high-temperature undercounter dishwashing machine delivers convenience and reliability. Within one hour, it washes up to 24 racks, with each rack using 0.91 gallons of water and taking just 2 minutes per cycle. Each cycle begins with a soft start and fills automatically. The low-profile revolving upper and lower wash arms spray water onto the dishes, combining with detergent (sold separately) for a thorough wash. As the soapy water knocks off food particles, they collect in a 3-part stainless steel scrap screen, which is easy to remove and empty. The arms then disperse rinse water, washing away the soap.

Using electric tank heat, this dish machine sanitizes with hot water. It features an integrated booster heater that raises the temperature by 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Combined with Sense-a-Temp technology, it produces final rinse water at 180 degrees Fahrenheit. By using heat to sanitize, the machine eliminates the hassle and expense of replacing chemical sanitizer. The automatic pumped drain removes wash and rinse water at the end of the cycle.

This dishwasher is easy to program thanks to its easy-to-access, top-mounted user interface. It includes a digital LED temperature and operator display, as well as a delime notification and cycle to simplify maintenance. Service diagnostics and error notifications also make it easy to isolate symptoms for troubleshooting, reducing the need for expensive and time-consuming service calls. This unit is constructed of durable stainless steel. It has a 14 7/16" door opening, making it easy to load. This dishwashing machine features 2 dish racks, 1 peg, and 1 combination type. With both types available, you can wash a variety of bowls, plates, and other dishes. A 208-240V electrical connection is required for operation.

Avoid! Have had to make two major repairs within 18 months of ownership. First was covered under warranty, but had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment (we are in Alaska). Another 8 months later and the unit was down due to an electrical fire with no apparent reason other than cheap wiring. Will replace with a non-Hobart unit as soon as able to do so and will not be buying any further new build Hobart machines.

Bought it for my bar. Used it for 8 months and stopped working. Called the warranty and initially said it's out of warranty due to waiting for the parts. I had to argue for it and it will be fixed under warranty. Without warranty, it would cost $1100 (parts $500, labor $600) to replace some tube kit. I asked about the maintenance policy and it would be $1500 a year (4 visits) but wouldn't cover any parts. What a rip-off!!

I would highly advise against this unit. I have had multiple problems and Hobart has not responded once to numerous attempts to obtain service. I bought this unit beach I thought that Hobart was a respected name but, it seems like it no longer is.
