We were replacing this same product. Our other warmer was over 10 years old. It ran 7 days a week for 16-18 hours per day. It was very reliable. when it started going bad of course we looked for the same item to replace it with. Hopefully we will get another 10+ years out of this one.

Best food warmer in the business! These last for a long time with no problems! Only advice I could give is to use distilled water instead of tap water when filling up the water.

we use this hatco food holding for our slices of pizza display it looks great and its easy to clean. we replaced our old pizza warmer with this one and it looks great

Great pizza warmer. We keep our slice pizzas in this warmer. It's easy to clean with removable glass panels and heats up quickly in the morning.
