We use these 4-tier racks in our donut shop. We do 18 flavors a day so we’d used six of the 3-tier racks in the past but didn’t have room in me of our shops so the 4-tier racks allowed us to only need five of them rather than six. I wish they had a slight angle toward the customer but it’s not a huge deal. They get the job done and are very sturdy.
