This rethermalizer features 9000 watts of heating power to ensure your frozen food is evenly and adequately thawed before you start to cook it. Its innovative design allows this unit to sit beneath a vessel and circulate the water inside it to keep it at a consistent temperature between 140 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring maximum volume for food. An internal energy cutoff mechanism switches off power to the elements if the temperature in the water goes above the set limit, and its separated sump and drains allow for easy cleaning and sanitizing. And thanks to its stainless steel tank and durable exterior, this bain marie heater is sure to last your business a long time.
