Each bowl comes with a polycarbonate locking lid to keep the contents secure and uncontaminated during use. This particular model boasts an agitation function for fresh juices or teas with a minimal foaming system.

The easy-off bowl release system decreases time spent during assembly and disassembly, while the user-friendly design enables the machine to dispense liquids until the very last drop. For further versatility, a 9'' cup clearance accommodates glasses, cups, and pitchers of multiple sizes. This unit can also be placed side by side with other appliances due to a bottom-mounted air intake and exhaust to the back. Additionally, fewer removable parts work to simplify cleaning and reduce maintenance.

For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. The overall build and assembly are actually very good—much better than the other Carnival machine and better than many of the other brands sold by Webstaurant. That’s why I was so excited about it, especially because of its compact size. Unfortunately, once I plugged it in, it simply didn’t work. Maybe I just got a defective unit, but I don’t have time to take another chance on it since we’re opening this Monday. It’s very disappointing because it looked like a great product, but reliability is what matters most.
