Bought this deepfryer and within 8 months the oil just exploded and deep fryer blew up injuring an employee. I purchased the extended warranty and they replaced the unit . The new unit lasted less than 1 year and stopped heating . That one was also under warranty and I received a refund but I would not recommend this deepfryer at all. Web Restaurant and warranty company were very easy to deal with in receiving my refund/replacement. This is definitely a manufacturing issue and not the fault of supplier
