Scratch and Dent AvaValley WRC-220-DZ Dual Temperature Full Glass Door Commercial Wine Cooler

We received the product in undamaged packaging, but upon plugging it in, it doesn't cool effectively. We're hoping that repairs or replacement are able to happen seamlessly and quickly, as it's delaying the opening of our establishment.

This wine fridge makes the most obnoxious sound. When I shared this with customer service, they said that this sound is "normal," and that the warranty wouldn't apply to me because I bought it for residential versus commercial use. The noise level can't be properly caught on video, which I tried to share with them a couple of times. The noise gets louder and quieter and louder.... It mostly sits on loud. And because it varies, it doesn't allow a chance to become habituated to it. I'm ready to throw it out the window because of how much noise it makes. I have never heard this level of noise from any appliance I'd ever owned. I was also very displeased with AvaValley's customer service. In sum, their response to me was "too bad." I do NOT recommend buying any product from AvaValley. They sell inferior products and have poor customer service.

People are crazy. Read the info on the cooler for bottle size. Its very specific. Then people leave bad review. The item is what it is

Unfortunately, these wine fridges were not designed with all shapes and sizes of bottles taken into account. You CANNOT fit your average Pinot Noir nor Chardonnay bottles side by side without removing the top rack. Honestly, any Burgundy, Bordeaux, or Champagne/sparkling bottle will jam the top rack from opening. Just forget about any botttle larger than 750ml. This was disappointing, and we had to remove every other shelf to make use of the fridge. Design is faulted and only needs a few more centimeters clearance between racks. Returning this fridge would be more of a hassle then its worth. We're stuck with what we got.

The manual says you can move shelves, but this model shelf looks different than manual and cannot figure out how to move. Ava Valley website has a contact form that doesn't work so no response on how to move shelves. There are holes in sides which suggest it can be moved, but no idea how. Also, Webstaurant owns the Ava Valley products, so please help us learn how to move shelves.

Great wine fridge for the price, shelfs are a bit tight.

This is a beautiful wine cooler! We purchased this 3 years ago and never had a single problem with it! I wish it had a little more clearance under it for easier clean up but would definitely purchase it again.

Cools properly but doesn't fit anything larger than a thin bottle of wine. Tears up labels as the shelves are far too close together. Shelves also don't move smoothly in comparison to the wine fridge at our first location. We are going to have to replace it simply because it's more hassle than it's worth. Other part of the problem is that we bought a wine fridge that was great from Webstaurant in the past but those don't come up in the search any more unless you type in the exact product name so we thought we were ordering the same one as the first time but this one showed up. That's on us for not double checking but it doesn't make sense that the better one doesn't come up in searches any more. Do not buy if you are storing any type of wider bottles, they don't fit except on the bottom shelf.

We purchased this to store our concentrates at 5 of our dispensaries. Buying the 6th one now! Works great!
