This high-temperature dishwasher is designed to keep your dishroom productive and efficient, able to tackle up to 40 racks per hour while using only 0.78 gallons per rack. It boasts a 14 3/4" door opening to allow easy loading and unloading and comes with plenty of smart design features to help you spend more time helping customers and less time doing the dishes. For example, its soft start functionality works to prevent breakage and chipping. Other features like a door safety switch and low water tank heat protection simplify operation and improve safety.
You also never have to worry whether your machine is reaching the proper temperature, as it can extend the cycle time to ensure that it reaches the 180 degree final rinse necessary to meet health code standards. It comes ready for a 9 kW, 208/240V setup and must be hard-wired. A 1/2" NPT hot water connection is required, and it has a pumped drain with 6' of 5/8" ID flexible reinforced hose.
